Congratulations to VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System Dialysis Program, winner of the 2018 ESRD Patient Safety Improvement Award! VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System Dialysis Program worked to develop a culture of safety.

The ESRD Patient Safety Improvement Award is awarded annually to practices or facilities that promulgate the goals of Keeping Kidney Patients Safe. Awardees are selected by a multi-disciplinary committee comprised of physicians, patients and other members of the renal health care team and are honored at the RPA Annual Meeting.
