The University of Virginia School of Medicine awarded 7.5 hours of participation (equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. ) to each non-physician participant who successfully completed this educational activity. The University of Virginia School of Medicine maintains a record of participation for six (6) years.
Successful completion of this CME activity, which included participation in the evaluation component, enabled the participant to earn up to 7.5 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants earned MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit. By participating in this MOC activity, I understand that my completion data will be shared with The University of Virginia School of Medicine, Office of Continuing Medical Education, for the purposes of transmitting completion data to ACCME on behalf of the participant.
