This professional education symposium by the National Kidney Foundation seeks to provide physicians, physician assistants, nurses, dietitians, social workers, dialysis technicians, and other clinical professionals with an update on chronic kidney disease and its co-morbidities as well as strategies that can be utilized in their practice to help improve patient outcomes.
