Cancellation (Refunds):
A $50 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations for the annual meeting received on or before February 9, 2009.
A $25 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations for the coding and billing seminar on or before March 10, 2009.
A $100 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations for the Business of Nephrology Practice course on or before November 17, 2008. RPA cannot issue refunds after cancellation dates.
