Thursday, March 19 2:00PM – 6:00PM Exhibitor Registration and Set Up 7:00PM – 9:30PM Welcome Reception Friday, March 20 7:00AM – 8:00AM Continental Breakfast in Exhibit Hall 10:00AM – 10:45AM Refreshment Break in Exhibit Hall 3:45AM – 4:30PM Refreshment Break in Exhibit Hall How to submit the application: 1) Click on the link below,"Reserve your booth today"2) Click “View Floorplan” 3) Click on an available booth. Once you click on the booth an application will appear. 4) If you are not ready to add your booth staff, click “Finalize Changes and Pay.” You can come back later to add your booth staff. 5) Enter your payment. You do have the option to send a check. 6) If you need to add an additional booth to your contract, after you submit payment a confirmation page will appear. At the top of the confirmation page click “Edit Contract.” Once you click Edit Contract, in the top right corner you will see “View Floorplan.” Click “View Floorplan” and repeat the process. Each time you add a booth you will need to complete the payment field. The discount is for one booth only.
