    Advanced Practitioner Conference

     

    The Renal Physicians Association’s Advanced Practitioner Conference is for nurse practitioners and physician assistants working in nephrology practices. The program addresses the unique needs of the practitioner, whether novice or experienced, who is charged with caring for chronic kidney disease patients in the physician’s office, dialysis facility and hospital.

    OVERVIEW
    The 2010 Advanced Practitioner Conference, jointly sponsored by the Postgraduate Institute for Medicine, will be held July 21 -23, 2010, in St. Louis, Missouri at the St. Louis Union Station Marriott.  The program planned by the RPA program committee in conjunction with the American Academy of Nephrology Physician Assistants has been designed to address clinical and business issues advanced practitioners face in the various settings in which kidney care is delivered.  This program has been approved for  17.25 continuing education credits for physician assistants and 17.25 contact hours for nurse practitioners.
